FAQ For Parents

1. Click on the homepage ORDER PHOTOS HERE button and enter the code you received from the school. The code ensures access to ordering the child's photos. You can also access the photos through the link sent from the school.

2. Once you are in the environment, choose the suitable photo/photos. You can experiment with different backgrounds, choose a frame for the picture if desired, or print on canvas, and purchase souvenirs or mobile phone cases with the desired picture. You can add everything you want to the shopping cart.

3. Once the shopping cart is ready, click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button. Fill in the necessary information and choose the most suitable payment and delivery method. Once done, submit the order and proceed to payment.

4. Orders will be processed once payment has been made through the bank link. After payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

5. If the order includes a digital product, you will receive a link to the image file via email, which will be available for download for 7 days.

6. The remaining products will arrive within an average of 20 days.

Within 10 days after the photoshoot, we will provide you with the access code for your class's photos. In the gallery, you will only see pictures of your own child and their classmates.

We keep the photos on our servers for 180 days, and you can place orders during that time. If you order photos within the first 14 days, you can collect paper photos and smaller souvenirs from the school. If you order products later, we will send them to the parcel locker. If you order large items, such as photo frames, you can collect them from the parcel locker.

You can pay for the photos through internet banking. Once the order has been paid for, we will process it.

The order fulfillment time is approximately 7 - 21 days. If the delivery time extends, we will contact the customer. Digital files can be downloaded immediately after payment for the order.
